Hi! I'm Jessica Baker, owner of Silverleaf Recruitment. I started this company over 11 years ago because I saw a need for change in recruitment services. Prior to owning Silverleaf, I co-founded a pediatric clinic helping children with special needs in Austin, TX, where I first-hand worked with recruiting agencies that could never get it "right". My Silverleaf journey has gained a reputation for excellence in recruitment services and for making the hiring process seamless for my clients.

I live in the beautiful Texas hill country (Fredericksburg, TX) with my husband and three rescue cats. When I'm not busy helping my clients, you can find me traveling the world, cooking all things Cajun and entertaining, enjoying our hill country wineries, playing tennis and practicing yoga and Pilates. I look forward to working with you!
